E92 330i N53 2007 120k in the clock

So had my NOxem fitted about 6 weeks ago but I’m still not happy with its performance. I’m not sure the machanic has reset everything as he should.

I’m still getting a ‘sulfer mass stored in cat’ is 673mg on Carly is this normal?
Still idles a bit lumpy, when going through the revs at least once maybe twice in each gear you feel like it just stops pulling for a very split second then carry’s on. Also all my power seems to be before 6k revs then it just pulls like a standard 2.0ltr petrol.

From what I’ve read my engine should have all its power after 6k?

Any help would be appreciated.
