So I drive a 2012 e92 335i FBO+DV+e40mhd tune+xhp stage3 at 76xxxmiles

I found a 2012 335is stock at 80xxx miles.

Would it be worth it to sell my car and grab the 335is? Are the n54 problems in the 335is worse than the n55?

I have a 2011is. There are more aftermarket options for the N54 but unless you want the DCT, if that one has it, it's probably not worth it.
The trim is pretty cool but I have taken off the black exhaust tips for 4" and changed out the back grill for the M4 grill. It has a little more HP but with FBO you won't notice it anyway.
