Grinding noise when hard steering left

Hey guys,

I seem to keep getting a grinding noise from the front right wheel when im doing a tight turn on the left. It sounds like it would be a sound as if the rotor is rubbing on the dust shield but it definitely isn't. The wheel also doesnt seem to be rubbing onto the wheel well cover so im not sure where it could be coming from.

Has anyone experienced this before? I cant wrap my head around it, there's nothing leaking and all axles seem in great condition.

Thanks in advance

Wheel bearings can do that. In my friend's case, his tie rod end sheared off and was dragging on the ground.

Wouldn't a wheel bearing hum if it's going bad? I guess ill have to see if it gets worse and if something eventually falls off lol

If it is your bearings, try these upgraded ceramic ones:

My two sense, get it looked at, isolate the problem, diy or professionally fix it. Don't let shit snowball man, just get it off your plate asap. BMW's are finicky bitches and regardless of how miniscule a problem may seem, don't wait to see how it'll turn out. Stay on top of maintenance issues and you'll have that Bimmer for years to come. Good luck.

Well i honestly think it's nothing major, if it gets worst and when the noise becomes constant and while driving normally then ill diagnose. I hate wasting time and money on small issues, it doesn't do it all the time and i only hear it in roundabouts when it does happen. I dont plan on keeping this car for years to come because they're so finicky lol its actually for sale at the moment so hopefully it sells somewhat soon.
