Rear License Plate

Anyone know what the size of the bolt (4) required for the rear license plate bracket (see pic). Also, anyone know of a good online source which has these in powder coated black?

I am guessing m5 x 8 mm

If the size is right the you can get fasteners at Mcmaster.com

Yes they screws are marked up. I work there.
