In case anyone is interested, these will also fit the dual exit exhaust as per 330d 335d.

Really easy, slip off the old ones, you need to slightly bend in the holding clips on the 40i version to give a little more grip, then simply slot them on and tap with a rubber mallet to drive them all the way home.
It was DexGC who put me on to it! |
