USB, "Not supported."

My 64 GB Sandisk is formatted on my Mac as FAT32, which I know should work with the BMW. I've actually updated software on the car using the same USB before.

I recently used Bimmercode for Video in Motion but when I plug in the USB with movies on it, I get a, "not supported" error. I've tried plugging it in with just MP3s as well without success. Anyone know how to fix this issue?
