Blowing sounds when opening flap with jb4

Hi guys,
I hear a wind blowing sounds sometimes when I open or close the flap with the jb4 app under full throttle. I don't notice any loss of power. The sound is coming from the back of the car where the exhaust tips are. Can someone help me out on this issue? The only way to fix it is turning off the car and locking the doors the. Turning it back on.
