NGK spark plug upgrade white smoke issue
So today I replaced my OEM bosch plugs with some NGK's from BMS (1 step colder), gapped them to 0.022, and torqued down to slightly below 20ft-lbs (this was the lowest numeral on my torque wrench). Pretty sure the coils are all the way but the first cold start seemed slightly rough before calming down and the second startup after a few minutes I noticed a decent amount of white smoke coming out the back. Any ideas what I could have done wrong or need to do?
The old plugs were pretty dirty and needed to be replaced. |

Cylinder 4 had a little on it, that might have been the issue. Drove the car down the street and it had stopped and idle'd better. I'll do a cold start tomorrow to see if i need to pull them and double check the gaps as well
