Charge pipe comes straight out of the turbos, right? It's aluminum? If so, I've got one and work in SD. By clips you mean the v-band clamps? How's $30 and we can meet up later in the week?

Charge pipe is plastic (on the drivers side of engine) and has 2 metal clips to hold it in.

if this is the charge pipe that connects up to the throttle body I just removed mine a couple of days ago, are you still interested? I'd be shipping from Canada though
