Subframe bushing shims AKA Stiff Ring

Anyone know about this product?. I remember RTAB shims on e46 worked great, could this be similar??

Spoon has these for a bunch of Honda cars and I have heard that they work well and make a significant difference, they're probably towards the bottom of a list of "worthwhile" mods unless you are trying to wring that last little bit out of the chassis.
