California Referee Smog

Hey all, I have to get my car referee smogged and was wondering if aftermarket inlets are an automatic fail for visual inspection. There's no brand name or anything and they're black silicone hoses. Also I have the PE exhaust mod, just how strict are these smog places?

basically if its not stock and you dont have a carb sticker, its automatic fail. if it was a regular smog place you might be able to get away with it, but state refs are pretty strict.
