Won't fit. Different hub diameter and different bolt pattern between F and G chassis.

If they did fit they wouldn't rub. X3 has more rim than the M4s. I don't think you can get 21" rims on an M4 (not from the factory). If anything it would be the X3's tires that would rub if you were to put them on the M4.

They would not fit. All previous BMW cars had 5 by 120mm bolt pattern. The Gxx series use 5 by 112mm bolt pattern.
Also hub bore used to be 72.? and the Gxx is 66.6mm
