South Bay Area/Peninsula Dealer Service Reviews?

I'm just about due for my 1200 (finally). I usually use BMW Mt View but they are having a labor dispute so I'm looking for alternatives... Anyone have any particularly bad or good experiences with any of the Peninsula/South Bay dealer service departments? I.e. Peter Pan, Steven's Creek, Fremont?

Thanks!

Definitely go to Stevens Creek. Ask for Patrick Minnehan, he is the Service Manager and is great. Tell him Michael O. referred you. He'll take care of your car.

The thing about Stevens Creek is that it may take a while for an appointment to open up, so depending on how much you drive the car, you may not get the appointment in time. For that reason, I had BMW of Fremont do my 1200 mile service, and they fixed some noise that was apparently in the left strut tower. They seemed to do a decent job.

Steven's Creek seems to be decent although I was unhappy with one of their sales reps when looking at a 1-series. Then again, unrelated to the service dept.
