Maintenance record has all been done by BMW with all receipts/paperwork. Just serviced, so next service due are as follow (taken from iDrive):
Brake Fluid = 05/2020
Engine Oil = 05/2020 or 20,000 miles
Front Brake Pads = 11,000 miles
Rear Brake Pads = 32,000 miles
Vehicle Check = 08/2020 or 23,000 miles
MOT = January 2019

I’ve owned the car since 20.5k (6.5 years). The cars had 5 previous owners, previous 2 are forum members and apparently it was originally a BMW management car. Continental ContiSport 5P tyres all round (rears are brand new) and plenty of tread left on the front. All 19” MV4 alloys have just had a full refurb and are spotless. Additionally, I had the shadowline window surrounds resprayed due to blistering on the near side.

There's a few stone/carpark chips in the paintwork and a small 1" crease on the rear bumper, drivers bolster could also do with a refinish. However, the car is in good condition for it's age and mileage

Apparently the car is affected by the recent BMW recall and I’m in the process or getting this corrected as soon as the dealer gets back to me with a convenient date.

Finally, number plate will be put on retention and will not be included within sale.
