It's the same reason why people black out their wheels or wrap their car in a flashy color. Sure, it's objectively not as handsome, but what's the fun in being like everybody else?

Personally I want my next car to be a Boxster in Miami Blue with white leather. Forget being another dull grey/silver Porsche.
