Track Alignment?

I have just installed GC front camber plates, 18x9.5 wheels all around with RE-71r tires so it is alignment time for track day use. What specs should I have the car set to front and rear?

I'm not an expert so I can't help but I just read a thread here that talks extensively about your exact question. Take a look at the Camber Plates thread just below. They talked about 2.75 being the sweet spot with your tires.

What springs/rates are you running? Mine are 350/650lb, square 265 setup, -3.2/-2.2, 0 toe front, 0.18 toe-in on each rear.

Seems to drive well? The rear end rotates well.

I am considering this set-up for my car. What size tires are you running? Stock suspension?
