Very cool. I see they are following the same trim rules for the 30i. Anyone know if they are going to have X-Line and Luxury Line?

Not sure that red would suit the X3 but each to their own. I do like the red stitching on the interior and it seems there is extra down the transmission tunnel which you don't get on the X3.

I am hoping remote start comes with that new waterproof (?) fancy remote and it is backward compatible with the X3. Maybe that is what the rumor was all about at the CA dealer.

Not mad that flamenco red isn't available but bummed a little. I would have ordered flamenco red. I'm sure supply is ramping up for 2019 launch.
Wish mine would have came with m sports wheel and m diff. That's the price I pay for being anxious... there is always ordering a 2019 version next year., |

I’ve noticed in some photos, the AC controls have aluminum trim, however the cars I test drove does. Are they only standard in European models?

It is a maze trying to get this all straight. It looks like they're doing a better job from the start with the X4. Of course they are not starting from scratch this time.

I can't stand the looks of that squashed turtle shell profile on the X4. As bad as the X6 when that lump was released years ago. My dealer has said they sell very few of the X6 and X4 models and doesn't expect any change. |

I keep thinking of the few folks here that actually purchased two new X3’s. Just a few month wait and they could have had one with a fast back. I would love one of each. I should have realized that BMW would up their game on this just as they did on the new X3.
I am still a bit conflicted which one I would choose now. |

To each their own! They are essentially the same vehicle. I don't have any regrets.

Just hopeing they put the 40d into the X3 and as it is coming in to the UK in the X4 there is now a positive chance we will get a X3 40d...

I believe a lot of people were a bit jealous of the new "standard" features. There will be a markup for the sportier body style but forcing packages into the base might be part of it.
