Ultrasonic Module / Glass Break Sensor for E9X - Add Alarm / Clown Nose
Selling an original Ultrasonic Module for the E9X that mounts in the rear overhead console. This is half of the electronics needed for the Alarm retrofit. I ended up buying the full kit and have this left over. Only other thing is the siren which is $20-$30 on eBay. Worth noting: just adding this module, nothing else alarm related or even coding, will activate the Clown Nose to pulse during lock, just like the circuit board "hack" that is posted on here. No wiring or tools needed, just yank down the console and plug this in. I ran this for 6 months with a perfectly working faux clown nose! Shipping is free. Looking to recoup a bit of the entire alarm retrofit cost. Should for the following models: 325i 328i 330i 335i M3 2006-2013 BMW coupe/sedan 2008-2013 BMW M3 coupe/sedan Does not fit convertible |

Interested - if I install only this part will I be able to have the car beep when locking with the key fob? Or will I need the siren too? Would really love to just source 1-2 parts rather than getting the whole kit - really just want the lock beep
