Brake Issues

I have a 2014 335xi with the M sport brakes. Love these brakes. Brought vehicle in for 38k mile service and told dealer about squeeking in brakes. They wound up turning the rotors and replacing brake pads on front brakes. Now the car brakes awful.....has a grinding feel in the pedal, when I get on the brakes they feel like crap, just awful. Bringing back to dealer on Friday, what did they do? Anything I should ask for? Did they ruin the rotors?

I had the same problem on my F30 335i, dealer replaced the front pads but did not turn the rotors and the squeaking noise remains when you gently applied the brakes.

I asked my SA and he mentioned BMW will not replace the rotors for squeaking noise, so annoying when it comes to the light and everyone is giving you the dirty look what is wrong with your car.

I bought a set of used Yellow oem BBK, seller said squeaking could occur.
Ran a year with no trouble
Plenty of people asked me if the brakes were making noise at slow stop.

And then

It started about a month ago, it drives me crazy, at a point i'm considering putting back my oem 328 brakes hahah

Went to the garage twice, nothing to do about it...

Normally, there is a period of up to 300miles when installing new pads and rotors, during which bedding occurs.
Usually, in this period, the brakes could feel worse than normal...

Did they also change the brake fluid?
If so, do the brakes feel spongy?

Squeek is mostly gone, rough pedal feel getting worse. I have about 500 miles on them now, wondering if they ground rotors wrong? They kept original rotors, just ground them which didnt make sense ss they were fine.
