I did a diagnostic on my car - result was a faulty dpf sensor part number 13627805152. (I havent been able to upload the image)

I replaced it with a new one but after a forced regen which didnt work. The new sensor on a diagnostic machine came back faulty.

Its a e90 2009 325d. Has anyone come across this fault?

Secondly can I put a multimeter across the three pins and see if theres a fault and compare the old sensor readings to the new with a multimeter?

Just an update it wasnt a faulty sensor-it was a crap independent diagnostic machine.

Put a proper machine on it and it gave me 480a 481a 4d00 and finally all glow plugs were showing as faulty(open circuit) cleared the faults and forced a regen dont know if it worked.

The exhaust reached a 1000 degrees c which was a bit worrying
