The new shifter design is terrible but I understand why they did it (can be confusing to some).
Also, not a fan of the roundel on the c pillar.

I like it..except the interior obviously, which belongs on a VW Up. BMWs interiors in general look boring AF, and this one not only looks boring, but cheap as well. There's absolutely nothing cool or interesting about it.

The X1 is way better in my mind but let's see the sales numbers in the upcoming months after the release.

BMW must love the way Kia's look from the rear. This and the autobild render of the G series look like Kia's!

Still trying to get over those Toyota Tacoma-ish style kidney grilles otherwise the design is competitive compared to the GLA/QX30

Needs more badges, not enough on this model. People may not realize this is a BMW.

Is this also a gussied up Mini or is it a BMW developed platform? I haven't been following it much but this looks nice, could work for me as a DD and keep the convertible at home in bad weather.

Front end looks fugly! I can't believe BMW wasted brain power on this car when they could have used that brain power to develop an all new F90 M5 engine instead of recycling the F10 M5 engine!

I like the wheels though. Lol!

Also, (Chris Harris voice): But will it drift?!

What a difference some new paint, body kit, and larger wheels make, right (I am contrasting to the previously spied brown-yellow model)? This actually looks really good, and it's not too surprising given that the concept had the look nailed down pretty darn well.

The Misano Blue one is an sDrive20i it seems, which will probably be the volume model in many markets (but won't be offered at all in North America).

Hm, that sucks. I really dislike the current X1, especially compared to the old one with the big engine. Looks like they may offer an M35 version which hopefully won't be too bad. Can't change FWD architecture though assuming that's what it comes with.
