Does 601 TV-function ensures NBT module presence

Hello.

I've ordered a G30 in Ukraine recently. Here we don't get Real Time Traffic data at all with Pro or Business navi (at least that is what the salesman claims), thus I opted out of getting Navigation in the car (it is around 3600 USD for the option).

I know some people claim to be able to retrofit navi onto iDrive as long as the NBT module is present.

Is the 601 TV option somehow connected to NBT presence? Can I say for sure that since I have a 10-inch screen and a TV function, I will have NBT module and with it - a hope for some navigation in the future?

There are multiple NBT versions. Some with and other without GPS. As such, it is not as "simple" as loading an FSC to activate additional features.
