How I can use ConnectedDrive and Will CarPlay works on my car ?

Hi Guys, I am buying BMW F30 318i, I had E46 320i but I dont use the horse power that much, never exceeded 120km, anyway so heres the options for the car

How I can enable connected drive on this car, and will the car play work on it after I pay 300$ cause in apple website it says every bmw car after 2017 carplay will work on it but in bmw it requires business navigation and stuff, how is navigation related to carplay ?
