HK Radio question - I'm at a lost....

Brand new 17' 340i and cannot figure out why the present song playing does not show up on the top of the screen like it did in my m235i... All it says is "favorites de-activated". There is an orange box around the band that shows the band that is playing (I have it set to list the band vs. the channel or the song name)I called genius and they have no answer to whatsoever. Has the software changed? Anyone seeing the present song being played?? Thanks in advance, Mark
