FS Sport Cat + Dinan Resonator Delete + Dinan Free Flow Exhaust

Have read about many combinations around posted but not sure if this combo has been shared.

I had full FS Downpipe + Bypass but due to fitment issues decided to remove the Bypass and replace with the Dinan Resonator Delete and Dinan Free Flow muffler.

Power delivery feels much more linear, turbo can be heard much more clearly now.

Will dyno to see if the numbers changed from the previous setup.

None, I did code out ASD which might help also.. with the Bypass you would lose the OEM flap and there was some drone around 2800-3000 RPM. Having a conversation in the car at 80mph in 6th gear was a bit tough.

I am not 100% sure of this, maybe some others can chip in on how the stock flap works. Is the flap progressive in Sport and Sport+? Meaning it opens and closes as you get on the throttle more? Or is it just closed/open?

Regardless, with the DINAN setup you retain the flap control and when I am in 6th gear on the highway doing 75-80 mph you can have a conversation in the car with no issues.

So you are saying with your prior setup there was drone but with the Dinan setup there is none?

Correct. I attribute that to DINAN using the OEM flap.

I should do some vids from the interior under load and at cruising speeds.
