320d efficient dynamics question

efficientdynamic drivers/owners, when you first start your car up (by default it starts in eco pro) what graphics show in your instrument display?

Reason for asking is my 2 previous ED's would display ''bonus miles'' by default, however, my most recent ED defaults to range (still starts up in eco pro every time)

Thanks in advance!

IIRC range only shows when you are less than 1/4 tank. If you have more than 1/4 and showing range then you are not in eco mode. Do you have iDrive? When you hit the rocker switch does it go into eco? If you are already in eco and missing bonus miles it could a need for firmware update.

Above 1/4 of a tank of fuel and still shows range. I do have iDrive but very basic, 5 button set up with no nav.

The efficientdynamics model starts up in eco pro mode, I can switch to comfort then back to eco to get to the bonus miles screen but I feel like I shouldn't have to, if my previous cars experience was anything to go by. Thanks for the reply

I wish mine would default to digital speed rather than the bonus miles.

Yes our ed always defaults to eco. It sounds like software.

My car defaults to eco pro too, it's the just screen in between the speedo and rev counter defaults to range instead of bonus miles like my previous ED's. I might try filling the tank instead of half filling and see if that changes anything

What about if you press the BC button on the stalk to get back into bonus miles. Does it stay there the next time you start up?

Have you tried a different fob to see if it gives you a different profile? Or tried to save a new profile to be sure?

Mine lost settings for some strange reason last year and when I saved them again it worked.
