Bad day. Really bad fecking day!

Apologies if this has posted twice, app related probs.

Anyway, it kind of speaks for itself & rather than hide in shame I hope in a twisted way it brightens up anyone having a bad day/week/year!

I wouldn't be surprised to get a whiplash claim. Times 2 as there was a passenger in the Porsche.

Pulling out of a petrol station across the traffic onto a fast road. He gave it full beans then stopped.

Given myself first class plonker award for this one!

How bad is the damage to the 911? Might not be too bad on most cars but that's where his very very expensive engine sits!

In other words your car was faster and just caught him up too quickly...

They are pieces of metal. If all humans are well then the cars can be fixed.

Better than hitting some sh1t tip who tries to rip you off...

You don't think telling my insurance co I think he was trying for a fraudulent whiplash claim is a good idea then? I'm not looking forward to renewal time, already had a stupid dink this year plus being run in to prior to that. At least that's my 3!

Both drivable which I guess is good news though a quick google for rear bumper saw prices ca. £5k. Hardly surprising I guess. What a PITA hey.

Ouch ! I thought at first he had reversed into you !!!

The credit hire costs might actually cost more than the repair costs if he hires a like for like car for the duration of the repair - would soon be in excess of £15k . Although the courts have recently ruled on excessive credit hire costs which may help ?

It looks like a fairly low speed impact. Bumpers have done their job. If they claim for whiplash then they're arse holes imo. Too much of that bollocks about.
Feel sorry for you

Bad news mate - sorry to read this.

"Gave it full beans then stopped" - what's that all about then?

Spot the HGV, took this picture after to demonstrate the signage outside the garage being ridiculous, being further back I could see even I could get out safely at the time. He went, saw something, got spooked & hit the ceramics hard!
