Hi, you should get some good deals, the 2.9% APR and large discounts mean it makes more sense to go new than look at well specced nearly new year and pre-reg cars.
My advice would be to speak to a couple of dealers and see what each says. I see no reason why you shouldn't get a minimum 15% discount and up to 20% maximum. There are a few dependencies like taking BMW finance, px, depoist etc. If your local dealer are playing hard go in with a Broadspeed or similar quote which will help them focus their figures! CarWow now doing BMW's too.

I've specced up a number of 440i cars on all the usual suspect websites and at my local dealer and the standout best offer I've had is direct from TRL via email.
http://www.babybmw.net/forum/viewtop...c3ff1186ea93fb You can check out that thread (hope it's not breaking any rules) and email him to ask a quote for any spec, he got back to me really quickly. 22.5% discount there on a car with digital cockpit and M Sport plus. |

Discount on the coupe is slightly larger than the GC, but only by £500 or so, example quotes on the thread linked to above.
I ordered a coupe 440i through Trl last week and got just short of 23% discount including options. No brainer really when you've got 6 month old cars going for mid 30's but finance is at ~10% rather than 2.9! |

Good discount!
Finance on used cars is 5.9%. It's advertised at 9.9% but very easy to get them down to 5.9% - just ask!

So how do you negotiate a part exchange? Would the car need to be driven down to London or wherever so that it can be viewed and valued or can they offer a price based on photos? Does it then need to be driven down to hand it in or can it be loaded onto a transporter?
