Software for 3 series F31

Can anybody recommend software compatible with the newer 3 series F30 / F31 variant? All the ones Ive found only work on E variants.
I'd also be open to a decent hand held scanner that actually works.

Look in the coding section, everything you'll ever need is there

All you need is a ten quid cable off amazon

I downloaded esys and Ista/d on separate days and it took about a couple of hours for each. My internet is running at about 55mb the Ista/d torrent did speed up despite showing a couple of weeks at one point. If you intend to program(read flash ecu's and not just coding features ) then the download is very big as it requires all the firmware files and will take a long time depending on what torrent seeds are available.

Im not at home at the moment so cant remember which files exactly i downloaded other than to say i think it was about 9Gb for Ista and a couple of Gb for esys iirc.

If you're really stuck I could copy my files to a USB stick or if you have a shareable DropBox or Google Drive I could copy to there. It might not be the latest version though although it works fine with my 328i

I have ISTA/D (not ISTA/P although you've said you don't want to do any programming)
