Has anyone got an F33 with comfort access?

On my 428 F33, the windows closed and the mirrors folded if I kept my hand on the door handle. The 440 doesn't do it and the dealer tells me "the anti-trap is different on the convertible".

Just wondered if anyone can tell me different?

F33 428i windows close and mirrors fold on holding handle. If they don't on the 440 thats another feature removed as well as the dimming passenger side mirror.

Thanks. It's possible they've changed the way it works but it seems odd as it closes/folds when you hold the lock button on the key.
