DAB images question

When I first got my car I'd get an image of what was playing possibly artist image or station image.

I have had the software updated to the latest I-STEP and since then I haven't had any images for the DAB. I did have to add my coding options back as these were wiped but I don't think I changed anything that could affect this. Does anyone know about any issues with DAB images since the latest update?

I've never seen any DAB images, just the generic "pop" "rock" etc images.

Are you sure your not thinking of USB or Bluetooth audio images?

Yeah it was definitely for radio... I also see the images you are referring to mate. You've got me thinking if was on the "Normal" FM radio I was seeing the images now...

I've never them on either type of radio.

I believe all BBC radio stations and some other local but not all show it. must be an idrive 5 thing I guess?

I've never seen that on my NBT evo, have you guys both got idrive 5?

I get Capital London and Heart London images, but nothing else. If I switch to Capital UK I don't get images.

I get images of the band playing or the radio station logo etc regularly but doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason as to when you get it.

Thanks for the replies I am on NBT, I Must admit IIRC I used to get this on Heart London before as above for the band playing or radio station image/logo/whos on air. I am wondering if they have stopped something or if its the car itself. I must admit I am not bothered as such but am wondering if I have inadvertently disabled something in coding!

Managed to get two radio stations to display images. Still hit and miss at times.

Ok this randomly started working again for me now. Just to prove I wasn't going mad and it wasn't a coding issue!

Is it possible to get the weather forecast/images style if i install the pro nav in my car. (f30 2014)

I currently have basic nav set up from factory.
