anyone got above ppk kit & put aftermarket DP ?

No personal experience, but the DME has the ability to adjust parameters. More flow...meaning you'd probably make a bit more power. I don't know how restrictive the oe DP is, but it's probably a little restrictive. The only issue I'm sure you'd run into is the car throwing a code. I don't get why people ignore this fact. When your car throws a code, it typically retards timing and plays with afr. Ultimately running not as efficiently. :

You will get faster response and better sound with high flow downpipes
You wont be able to take full advantage of the DP unless you add a JB4

I ordered JB+ unit , cos of its easy P&P ..

JB+ doesn't clear the check engine light from running catless though.

I removed the DP ..
Made 7wkw ..
Sound was Tops but
ther was this tinny noise i hated
made the car sound cheap .
Tested @ track 1km & 1/4m with non dp car & we were runnin almost same times ..

What time did you run and what was in car just ppk or did u have jb+ as well? Also x drive or rwd?

rwd , ran 13.2s @ 180km/h ..
ppk kit with dp
- no jb ..

DP now out ..
also my bit birp idling issue was caused by loose sensor on DP ..
Await my JB+ to test & see how it goes !

I'm trying to purchase a JB4 and Downpipes?

Any recommendations?

I'm new to the whole thing and just took delivery of my F36 and definitely need to make that modification!
