From watching the production line videos it looks to be glued on. Good luck getting that off!

I am pretty sure it's screwed in and you will have to take roof lining off to unscrew it .

May I ask why you removing it ?

I'm gonna get my roof wrapped at the same time. Would all be the same material so match perfectly

I seem to remember when I got my white E92 wrapped with a black roof, they managed to carefully remove the shark fin and wrapped it separately. Did a very good job. However, I decided to get a CF shark fin cover and attached it over the top of the OEM shark fin a while later. One time whilst on my way up North to visit the girlfriend, it decided to remove itself somewhere up the M1; CF cover and shark fin. Arrived at girlies place and nowt but the exposed circuit board and bare antenna were showing! I think a combination of extra weight and drag and not enough decent 3M when reattaching it!

Black on white looks great and really breaks the car up nicely, even on an E92. Just make sure they do the wrap all the way to the edge of the windscreen/rear window width. The chaps didn't want to fiddle with the thin strip that runs front to back but thankfully I insisted. The wrap stood up very well for the couple of years I had it on. Just make sure if a bird shits on the roof, carefully remove it ASAP as it can stain. Yours will look really nice with a black roof. Managed to find any phots of any online yet mate?

Tgatsa eecent enough price providing they're using the 3m stuff and not cheaper vinyl.

Looks good do it.

Ps let them sort out the aerial. Either way it looks a right faff to take off

carbon is my preferred choice but no one here does gloss carbon as apparently its rubbish and the 3M stuff looks rubbish

Yep, I think CF on such a large flatish area wouldn't look terribly good. A high quality black will look miles better.
