Good work!!!!

There's an SRB convertible in Sytner Nottingham and it looks great. I'm glad you changed from Coral!

How do I find track my car - do I just need the VIN?

I've been told mine is mid July, but based on your timeline could be mid June.

That colour is going to suit the convertible even more. Looking forward to seeing some pictures when you collect it.

There is another SRB convertible at Coopers Chelmesford, but with black leather. Looked very nice, but for a convertible the the inside was way too dark and boring. I am still convinced the Coral Red would have gone, although it may have stood out a little too much.

Tracking is done using your 7 digit order number. Then call or speak to BMW Genius online.

That's one lovely car! Gonna be perfect in the summer. I can only imagine how nice the colour will pop in full sun!

Good to see the reactions on this car, vs the ones I had on snapper rocks with coral red. Right choice clearly! And made the change the day before it moved to status 5000, phew

Congratulations on the purchase, nice choice.
Did you not consider the adaptive headlights?

I have a convertible in snapper rocks blue with cognac interieur.

Na, way too expensive at £1200. I have high beam assist which is all you need in dark areas. The adaptive cornering is a bit of a gimmick I find. Some people have said that the adaptive lights are brighter than the standard LEDs, but I'm not sure if that doesn't just apply to US cars as Euro spec cars are subject to different regulation. So that leaves the hexagon shape, which is cool, but not worth £1200!

I'm coming from a Z4 and any lights are an improvement over those. And I doubt the non-adaptive LEDs are worse than the 4 series pre-LCI Xenons, and those were just fine!

I did not initially order them, but later modified my order because I really wanted the hexagons.

The Hexagons do look nice!

I found a picture of someone in a SRB with CR seats. Actually does go quite well, but I glad I changed to Ivory White nonetheless.

Sounds good. I can assure you you won't be disappointed, but make sure you put some good protection on that leather - white will be a bugger to keep clean with the lid down. I think the midnight blue looks good with SRB but I'm not sure it's available on the M Sport.

That'd be great!
I saw a SRB 4GC last Saturday and even though I liked the colour I wasn't convinced if it would match a light interior (the car I saw had black one) so I'm really curious how it looks together.

They do way more than corners thought, the adaptive LED's are very clever unlike adaptive Xenons:

This video is 5 years old too, so no doubt the ICON's are even more effective.

I used my icon adaptive LED lights for the first time the other night with the high beam assist and it was bloody amazing! BMW say it's the closest you can get to driving in daylight and I was blown away! It was a bit like driving with the huge movie premier spotlights which normally shine up and around in the sky but instead they are whizzing all over the place on the road, felt like I've been driving in standard definition all my life until now...

That's good to know as I was hoping the additional £1000 wasn't wasted!!

The technology with the "car in a box" also works on the later adaptive xenons.
