The downside is the rough ride. It is very bumpy. Not sure if I want to live with it as a daily driver to be honest. Might go for ACS instead. |

I use Quik Detailer too and it's fantastic!

I will be getting same as I already got Ultimate polish and wax from Maguire , exterior and interior detailer bottles next on list
Their Wax smells so nice when you doing it worth all that money and it was pretty good with DA . Your car looks great and bling bling |

I rate the interior detailed too from Meguiars, but I must admit I always reach for the Sonax Cockpit cleaner. Really cleans well and leaves a lovely matte Original appearance. Can be had really cheaply from ECP too when they do one of their inevitable DFS style promo codes. Last edited by Beancounter_74; 04-20-2017 at 05:12 AM.. |

Qwik Detailer is relegated to clay lube duties now. IMHO Sonax BSD is better in every respect as a sealant top up.

Its a great product use it all the time after each wash means only have to wax twice a year max. Combine it it with good snowfoam, wax shampoo and rinse agent and keeps car shiny all year around

I'm sure Meguiars was mentioned as a cause of creaking door rubbers? (Or one of the products that may cause it)
I know of one person who had problems after using Meguiars, but how is everyone else getting on with it?

When I went OCD last summer I was getting through a bottle of this every few weeks. It is great stuff but there are some great alternatives if not better. Autoglym rapid detailer... mixing a little Optimum No Rinse with water... and the best of the best? Sonax detailer!!! It's a faint turbid blue liquid but by God it destroys the competition!

Just noticed that Dave is using Ultimate Quik Detailer in a svelte new black bottle. I wonder if the formulation is different/better than the regular QD that Meguiars ship with the clay bar kits or if it is the same old stuff reinvented for marketing purposes?
