440i GC collected

I collected my 440i GC on Friday afternoon. Thought I would share some photos with you lot.

I did about 90 miles over the weekend, and first impressions are that the adaptive suspension (on 19" wheels) is a huge improvement over my non-adaptive 328i (on 18"). No more crashes on minor road imperfections. I have read others saying they will never go back after having adaptive - now I understand why!

Apart from that, the SRB colour is great (not just in the sun) and I have caught people staring at it while driving past.

I have the new carbon aluminium trim - tried to capture that in one of the photos but it was a bit bright so might not have come out too well. It looks good though, quite sporty IMO. I also have the blue stitching on the leather - a nice detail if, like me, you're not brave enough to go for a lighter colour leather!

It's going in for a full detail today - will try and post some 'after' pictures when I can.

I was a bit worried about it as well...annoyed my dealer changing to carbon black, then back again! Very happy with the decision now though.

Very nice! I ordered the convertible in the same colour, same trim, but coral red leather :-).

Did they close the airvents of the body breathers behind the wheels? I can't tell from the pictures

Congratulations. Beautiful car.

Welcome to the adaptive suspension club. It's a great option. In my 2014 328, Comfort mode was too soft and porpoise-like. I went for Dinan Shockware and couldn't be happier. BMW may have made modifications with the newer model years so yours may be perfect already.

Congrats, looks great!

Partly due to having a poorly father, I've racked up 1500 miles in the 2 weeks I've had my F33 and I have to say it's sounding better and better.

I couldn't resist flooring it the second it got to 1200 - well I did run it in first
