Will 140i / 240i downpipe fit 340i?

Hello

I am looking to add a performance downpipe to my F31 340i tourer.

In the UK there are not currently any tuners selling a specific 3 series downpipe... but there is a 140i and 240i downpipe which is readily available - but I can't find out if it will definitely fit!

My common sense tells me that it should - same engine etc... but I just wondered if anyone could confirm?

VM, VRSF and Evolution Racewerks downpipe will fit the 1,2,3 and 4 series
