About the transferability of warranty
Here is the thing, my friend has a 2014 BMW 335Xi, which is still under the original warranty. And I am now considering to buy his car. So, Will the warranty come with the car to me when i buy it? and am i able to buy the extending warranty?

Warranty always transfers. For a 2014 the free service will still transfer too. They stopped the free service transfer as of 2015

They also downgraded free maintenance to 3 years, 36K in 2017 and doesn't include brakes and wiper blades. I just got free wiper blades on Monday, you get them every year under the old plan even if your blades aren't worn. Also got a cabin air filter, but it looks like you still get those.

You can also extend the warranty, "free" maintenance or both anytime before the original coverage expires. Speak to your dealer about it. One thing to be mindful of is the in service date, you may expire from time before miles so best to know when that is happening as well.
