M6 wheels on e90 lci

Will m6 wheels fit my e90. They are 5x120 8.5 et 35 & 9.5 et 40 with 235/35/19 & 265/30/19 tyres.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Yes. Might rub a little if you are lowered too much though.

Know a guy who put m3 wheels on his sedan and it rubbed so much he actually put a spacer in the rear springs to raise a little bit. Still rubbed with people in the backseat. He was an idiot.

Those offsets aren't that hard to fit at all. You won't rub. Your rear wheels will be sunken.
