I want to see if I should get it on my car or not, but i can't seem to find any pictures.

I have a 2016 330e MSport, before they went to the blue grill and lighting. The only items on the exterior of the car to identify it as a hybrid are the edrive tags on the rear pillar areas, the 330e tag on the rear and the charging port on the left front. Otherwise the exterior is identical to a non hybrid F30.

What's the blue lighting?

I believe that in the 2017 models they have some blue lighting to go along with the blue grill and highlights. Personally, I like my car to look like every other 3 series MSport.

Yes the interior lights (one next to the rear view and one in the centre in the rear) are blue when you unlock it.

I have the 2017 330e MSport with the Blue interior lighting. It's very nice. However, it didn't come with the Blue Grills...
