CC Tuning remap

So I'm back from cc tuning in Burton-On-Trent after a very pleasant experience remapping my 320d. Chris was really friendly and explained what he was doing through the remap. My first run on the dyno before the map was 182 bhp, so pretty much bang on. after the remap dyno run gave 230 bhp! I'm not entirely sure how to read the print out, but it is here for someone wiser than me about these things to comment on. My thoughts/comments after the 70 mile drive home......

1) the car is much smoother and seems quieter.
2) Before I have even decided how fast i want to go, its there! Massive improvement in acceleration, and that flat response on the accelerator has gone.
3) Sport mode all the way home on dual carriage ways and B roads, foot pretty heavy to the floor on a few 110 mph+ blasts and the trip returned 55 mpg
4) The car now pulls like a hooker with bills to pay!

All in all really pleased, didn't expect to gain quite so much and everything is still within tolerances. £350 including the dyno, I'm a happy chap!

I thought the same when I had my 320d mapped at Evolve, almost more relaxed sounding.

Just watch the OBD as I would think it now nor accurate, mine is 10% out so 53mpg on the OBD is actually 47mpg

Brim the tank drive 100 miles then brim again and work it out properly

So i have had remap done today and car does feel a lot quicker, Chris is a good guy too. I have good reasonable gain of 222bhp!

Now couple things to check with you guys:

During dyno test my car's initial stock power level was below manufacture quoted 181bhp so it was at 175bhp even comparing to blackrabbit his readings more inline with manufacture. Is this because of x drive? My car had only done 24,00 miles.

Secondly now with heavy foot comes great responsibility, prior to remap when i used to push accelerator pedal half way down and further there was delay in power response, now its much more instant but it accompanied with turbo sucking noise travelling into cabin, is this normal?

What's cause mb the torque flatspot/dip between 1900-2100rpm ? It's quite pronounced in the remap.

response i got was:

ABS/ gearbox still trying to work even though turned off. Possible wheel spin.

You wouldn't feel it under road driving.

Looking to get mine done based on these reviews. I've contacted Chris to get a little more information.

How are the remaps going after a few months guys?
