Wheel Bearing or Run Craps?

I've noticed a slight vibration in my driveline; appears to be coming from front left tire, but not sure. There is a slight vibration, but not in the steering wheel. I also get a steady "whoomp, whoomp, whoomp" sound at most any speed and very noticeable when coasting to a stop. The car is a 2016 F30 with stock run flats. I don't see any damage to the tires or rims. Could it be a wheel bearing or something else? Or, could it just be crappy run flats. I currently have about 12,000 miles and the tires are no where near the wear bars. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

The whoomp sound is usually the tire. I had 15000 on my Passat when I hit a dip in the road and couldn't figure out what the sound was. I got the car aligned and it didn't go away. The tire looked normal. I replaced all four and there was no sound.

agree that it is most likely a tire out of balance new tires especially can go out of balance in as little as 1000 miles but went thru a total of 8 rims on my e90 that were bent after going thru potholes. Ask the person balancing to look - most damage is on the inside rim. Went thru 6 wheel bearings but they only started at 70,000 miles. you can balance out some bent rims but not all. Bent rims work better on the rear if you must. You can also damage a tire internally when hitting something. The cords can be torn and not visible. This is also a source of thumping.
