Get a flame thrower kit!

Is this a thing again? I thought it died after the 232nd Fast and Furious movie!

Probably catless downpipes and a straight piped exhaust. The car in the video certainly sounded like it.

I guess I'm just too damn old, but why would you want your car to do this?

Catless downpipe is all you need, the rest is in the revs.

You can always add the fabspeed muffler bypass exhaust for a little bit extra.

This is misleading information, simply installing a catless downpipe will not warrant this type of result. Let alone a catless downpipe and full exhaust system either, more than likely this result has a lot to do with tuning and/or the engine running excessively rich.

+1
This is not simply a catless downpipe. This is most likely a combination of catless downpipe, excessive overun via tune, and straight pipes.

I know the owner of the white m235 its RWD 6MT, he's running Meistershaft str8 pipe exhaust and catless DP, along with a Tune but no comment on how rich he is but my guess is you're right its prob very rich.

an extremely rich over run burble tune, dumping tons of fuel, hot exhaust blow it out on fire.

No flame thrower kit, or spark plug mod.

Simply going rich isnt the quite the answer either since you will always burn excessive fuel during that rpm.

This is best done by cutting the ignition during reving and ignite the fuel somewhere along the line (turbo on our cars or exaust manifold if you run N/A). Sweet child has many names: 2nd step launchcontroll, rev limitier, anti lag etc.

Be advised as the fuels ignite in the turbo or downpipe there will be alot of heat from those components and that might lead to fires. Also your egt will send a CEL to engine, if our cars have that, I am not sure.

It can shoot flames but probably not all the time. Still has a transverse rear muffler intact.

Thats probably a tune, tuners cut out ignition during shifts to cool down engine with fuel. I dont think thats what the poster is asking for.

Thats actually my car. It pops like that almost all the time but Im bot sure if it always results in flames.

I guess my point is your point, it needs a tune and not just straight pipes.

Im also running meth (50/50 mix) as well as the occassional mix of VP MS109 and Shell VPower.
