Hitting 60K soon
I'm on the verge of hitting the 60K mark, any maintenance I should consider doing other than the standard brakes, engine oil, etc. that are in the iDrive?
I've seen people mention differential fluid and ATF, not sure what intervals those should be changed out. |

I'd definitely do the Diff if you havent already prior to 60k and I would do the ATF if yer gonna keep it.. ZF recommends ~60k on the change even if BMW says its lifetime.

Are we talking miles or kilometers? ZF recs are for 100,000km (~62,000 miles).
I'll be doing this shortly as I'm at 64k miles. Will do transfer case and diffs at the same time. Also, there's a ZF kit with oil/pan/bolts - basically everything you need, for less than 300 on FCPEuro right now. -tgm |
