Was just checking, as you didn't link.
I'd say the price is high. I've seen 07 335's up for similar with more spec. Weighing it up 11 years old Undesirable engine (most people will fork out the extra for the 3.0L) SE Silver isn't desirable either. Sub £6K imo and bite at £5500. |

I doubt knocking a few hundred £ will make a difference. the 325i in the above link is only £4,400 and is almost just like yours.

sorry Karl, but i recently got a 100k 325i coupe for a smidge under 4k, its a one (doctor ) owner car in black but hasnt got nav. theyre not desirable engines as others have said, not fast & not economical. Its a middle ground sort of car, and although i love mine dearly -yours is not going to get any interest unless its £4995 or less. I went looking at a silver car same as yours at a dealer for £4995 and i walked away as i thought it was too expensive.

Do a search on eBay with filters to make it as close to your car as possible. Then filter it by "sold listings". That should give you some idea of market value, but if the sold ad is recent, you can look at it and compare with what you are trying to sell.

I suspect it's to supposed to make you think that a car owned by a doctor would have been maintained to a higher degree & driven more sensibly.

I suppose it means the PO had the wealth the maintain the car, but it does not mean any more than that. I know a doctor and his car is rather shabby. However, when I go to a doctor's office and look at the cars in the "doctor only" parking spots, you see some nice cars.

as above, its one of the 10% highest paid jobs in the country today, so it just looks good on the logbook, and its a sign of good maintainance due to the 'cost no problem' theory, i guess i've been sucked in from using it as ive seen it in the past also.
