Dipstick

Where the bloody hell is the dipstick on my 435d!? cant find the thing or does it not have one?

On my F30 there is no dipstick, you check the engine oil via the iDrive under Vehicle Status [i think]

Yeah there is a dipstick. It's right at the back near the bulkhead, right of centre as you look at the engine bay from the front.

Don't think you will find one...

It is a petrol engine. Not got one on my N55 petrol engine either.

Yes, dirty diesel needs a dipstick, just to check for diesel dilution. Level may be rising and can be physically checked.

The dipstick is usually sitting in your drivers seat!
