NGHBA in Puget Sound...
Anyone with a F80/F82 that has successfully coded the non-glare high-beam assist to get it working in the Seattle/Bellevue area?
I've been messing with my codes and so far can't tell if it's either not working, or if it's too bright when driving around Seattle. So if you have it working, I'd love to hear about where you typically drive when it is active, and chat more about the details. Thanks much! |

I did mine a few months ago, then again when the software was updated and cleared most of my coding. My headlights are pretty active. It seems to work pretty well as far as I can tell. I've only been flashed once by an oncoming car when the high beam light is lit. Use it mostly on more rural roads south and east of Renton. I do notice it turns off around street lights, even when there are just a few at an intersection. Probably figures you are in a city, so no high beams. I suppose that could what you are seeing.
