MPPSK Installation costs

Unless there is already a thread going for this topic, can you give me what you paid the dealership for the hardware & software Installation (if you can separate that's great).

My dealership says they can't provide a quote b/c their computer doesn't have an install price - hard to believe BMW doesn't have a set number of hours for complete Installation. They are guessing 8 hours.... no way!

My deal was $2399.60 for the parts kit, CF tips were $203.20 each, labor to install the exhaust was $187.85 and the programming charge was $149.95. Dealer added $38.85 shop supplies/enviromental fee, State added $204.14 sales tax so my out the door cost was $3386.79. This seems to be about what most people wind up paying as far as I can tell.

Thank you. I am heading to my dealership tomorrow to see if they will meet or get close to your Installation numbers.

The guys from getbmwparts posted the BMW install guide on the big MPPSK thread, might be on their website too. It suggests 1hr of labor to install the exhaust plus whatever the dealer charges for the programming.

You cant get the tune without the exhaust. I called the dealer to confirm. There is no part number for the tune by itself.

I did, I'm right next door to you in Louisiana. The cost numbers above are accurate. I will see if I can find my bill. I got a holiday special (in December 2019), so I was happy with the cost.
