Trusted West London body repair shop?

Can anyone recommend a place that would remove the front bumper on my E93 and then respray and fit an exact replacement? The lower lip was ripped off on my current one.

I am in West London but wouldn't mind going someplace further away if the job would be quick and top quality.

I've managed to eBay an exact replacement in the same colour but it will still require a respray.

quick and quality dont go together for body work/paint.

Try Dips @ Custom Cars?
