My Fumoto Valve Broke Off... and all my oil leaked out!

So, we had a little problem today...

Fumoto has been on our 328D for 2.5yrs now with no problems. Measured before installation and only the non-nipple version would fit (not extend past the steel belly pan). I use them on heavy equipment too if the valve is in a protected area. I've been using them on various vehicles and equipment for ~8yrs without any failures/leaks.

Yea, my wife has one and I love it on her car, but looks like I was a little too low..

I had been thinking about doing this mod because of the convenience factor for @ home oil changes. Did you have the S or N series?

I'd still be interested in the SX (I think you mentioned that in your first vid). If you move ahead with that, I'd love to get your feedback...maybe in vid format?

Hi, the only problem is that it still looks like it will stick down. I can talk to Fumoto about it and see what they say..
